Well I just got done installing a new 3/4 hp 4,800 gph unit and I have to
wait to let it do it's job. More rain is on the way.

I'd be renting or buying a healthy sized dehumidifier. Some wallboard
is purposefully hung wet. The mission, at this point is to get
everything as dry as possible as soon as possible....

.... no guarantees :-(

We are waiting for a professional water cleanup team to show up. We have a
residential grade dehumidifier running already and fans on for circulation.
We got everything up off the floor.

The carpeting vacuumed dry by these guys, then torn out. I already have a
call into our insurance company to notify them that we hired a professional
company to mitigate damages.

After all the water is sucked up they will be placing 2 industrial sized
dehumidifiers and some heavy duty fans to help dry things out.

Looks like things will be under control once they show up and go to work.

That's about all you can do. I have a sump pump also that I keep an eye on.
