First the episode with the ignition switch on my son's car...$650

Next the boat engine overheats and who knows what that will cost.

My wife calls me downstairs at about 9:30 this morning to find our
basement flooded. The sump pump died and we had torrential rain all
night. Our basement is finished and all the carpeting and baseboards are
lost, perhaps even the lower course of drywall.

Well I just got done installing a new 3/4 hp 4,800 gph unit and I have to
wait to let it do it's job. More rain is on the way.

What a wonderful holiday weekend. What a great vacation.

What's next Lord? Come on......what's next!!

The flood waters have risen too high for cars to drive though. The fire
department stops and offers the man a ride to safety. He say, Thank you,
but I'll trust in the Lord to save me.
With the flood waters rising the rescue crew pulls up in a boat and offers
the man a ride to safety. He says, Thank you, but I'll trust in the Lord to
save me.
The man is sitting on his roof to escape the flood waters. A rescue
helipcopter flies over and the crew offers to take the man to safety. He
say, Thank you, but I'll trust in the Lord to save me.
The man drowns.
At the gates to heaven the man asks St. Peter why the Lord failed him in
spite of his faith.
St. Peter says, He sent you a firetruck, a rescue boat, and a rescue
helicopter. What more did you want!

You're doing all right; you went out and got a new pump. Now start praying.
Good luck, Jim.
