My boat insurance just went up $1k per year, same with the house.

Wayn, the three bucks really isn't the point. and I agree that the fee
is cheap. But I suppose what I'm saying is, that the state loves to
nibble at your wallet . Yes, vehicle plates, registeration fees, title
transfers have all gone up, some things , over double. But what I've
noticed in the last few years, is that it seems when state
beaurocracies raise fees, the the quality and speed of service no
doubt, will go down.

And seems to have done so here at a steady pace.
