Expensive oil. Yes, but over time, it's less expensive than regular oil changes for four strokes. And my E-TECs don't burn much at all. How can burning oil in a two stroke be less expensive than replacing ordinary engine oil in a four stroke? Amount of oil burned vs amount of oil changed/filter/labor... I doubt the math would give your etec the advantage. It doesn't. See my post above. |
