I doubt the math would give your etec the advantage.

Especially considering the labor is free.....

Maybe for you, but I see a lot of four strokes being serviced in
shops.

100 hour service is $250/motor. Includes: engine oil, lower gear oil, oil
filter, fuel filter, and grease fittings.
