I've been sitting here on the boat since late Thursday morning. I planned
to leave yesterday to go home to do a few chores, but I rode the bike down
here and it's been down-pouring all weekend.

I keep looking at the local radar for this area, looking for a break in
the rain/Tstorm bands where I could make a run for it. No significant
breaks yet.

Might have to suck it up, put on the rain slicker hanging in the closet
and go for a wet, 45 mile ride.

Perhaps we are now in a La Niña cycle. As I understand it El Niño causes
dry hot weather, La Niña is wet cool weather.

Regardless, this continuous pattern of cool rainy weather sucks.
