35 HP Merc not charging
I just inherited a 1989 35 hp merc and its not charging. I've only
checked the voltage at the battery (closed) but I never see any thing more then 12.71 volts. This doesn't change with rpm. I was wondering if someone knew how to test the charge coil and rectifier. I'm new at this and would really like to fix this myself. Joe PS Auto Blend... Worse invention ever. Temp Sensors on the other hand... Priceless. |
