Default Fishfinder connection to fuse box....

I am in the final stages of installing a fishfinder on my boat. The
Garmin instruction reads as follows:

It may be posible to wire the unit directly to an unused holder on your
current fuse block. If you are using the boat's fuse block, remove the
in-line fuse holder supplied with the unit. Then:

1- Install the red wire on the positive fuse holder
2- Install the black wire to the negative fuse holder
3- Install a 2-amp fuse in the fuse holder (fuse block only)

Simple enough except that... I do not seem to find a blade-type 2amp
fuse! Does it even exist? I have gone to quite a few places and have
seen everything in the 3amp to 30amp range but nothing (at least for
blade-type which is what my fuse block uses) for 2amp...

Am I missing something or am I misreading the instructions???

Stick a penny in it. No ..... seriously, just retain the supplied in-line
Garmin fuse holder and fuse. Hook up the lead to whatever available fuse
box location is available and stick a 3 amp fuse in the fuse box location.
The wire Garmin supplies is capable of 3 amps over the short distance to the
in-line 2 amp fuse holder in the event of a short, so the 3 amp fuse will
blow.
