Default AGM Battery Recommendations

They seem kinda pricey, to me...


They are pricey, and also finicky about how they get recharged. I'm
still using good old lead acid batts, recharge them fully when I get a
chance, and equalize once in awhile.

Pound for pound, amp for amp and dollar for dollar, the best value in
batteries is at Sam's Club - 6 volt golf cart batts for about $50
each, no shipping required, and they are almost indestructible.
