Running at 175F

I replaced the 165F thermostat this spring and am now running at 175~180F
when cruising.

Volvo Single I/O, 4.3L.

The impellor has not been replaced since I purchased the boat in 8-05. I
have no idea how old it is.

Questions:

1. Is the running temperature normal?

2. Would you replace the impellor now?
