When we replaced my kitchen range 3 years ago , the wife wanted the glass top... but I was leaning at the good old fashioned coils. the salesman scared me by saying it would cost about $500.00 to replace the Ceran top if we broke it. That's half the value of the stove. Kids were grown, so I got brave & chanced it. |
