Posting this same article every month or two is beginning to feel like
spam. Its particularly annoying because the article opens with the claim that ASA is the "governing body" for sailing in the USA. It most certainly is not; it is simply a for profit training company. USSailing is the governing body. I have nothing against ASA, its just that an article that starts out with a blunder like that either has a hidden agenda is is just plain sloppy research.
