and am wondering what it is, or at least what it is called?

Maybe some sort of air-conditioned runabout? It gets awfully hot in
Dubai. As for a submarine, just speculating here, those side windows look
like they are installed just with a normal gasket. I wouldn't think they
could stand very much pressure. Weird looking boat.

It's a fishing lure we sell here in Minnesota to catch muskies. A closer
look would show you a couple of treble hooks trailing out the back. Run
it at about 15' at 3-4 mph!
