I put Goodyear Fortera's on my pickup. They have much better wet road traction than the Wranglers or Michelin cross country tires, they cost less, they have a warranty, and I do very little off-road wood bashing anyway. Wet road traction is my concern. I'm been in cars, mostly lighter cars, that just won't stop on wet pavement. They are down right dangerous. I always looked for an "A" traction rating. Now I find there is an "AA" rating, and 75% of all tires are rated "A". Oh well, who knew? |
