suzuki vs. Yamaha warranty

Can someone give me a link on the specifics of both Yamaha and Suzuki's warranty? Considering either an F75 Yammie or a Suzuki DF70. I'm thinking whichever has the better warranty may get the pick. I'm leaning toward the suzuki right now because I think it is going to be less expensive. Am wondering if I would notice the extra 5 hp of the Yamaha?
