Dosen't matter he is a lame duck and there is nothing that will change that.
Harriet Miers and the UAE ports deal prove this out. He will get some
defference but, the next leader of the Republican Party needs to start
stepping forward after the 2006 elections. However, don't look for big gains
in the Democratic ranks due to the corruption scandals and their
incompetence in running cities and states.
