Hard to keep track of all those I'd bet. Do you remember telling the owner that he'd have a harder time selling if he took the boat back to his junk yard? -- Skipper You have to remember that your visit up here was one of the highlights of your life, not mine. Yes, I do remember a boat that left the brokerage dock to go down to a commercial dock in Tacoma. The owner of the boat ran a huge scrap metal business, (not a "junkyard") and the boat was moored at his own private commercial dock, not "parked in a junkyard". And yeah, it is certainly a lot tougher to sell a yacht in an "industrial" environment. After all these years, however, I'm not sure I clearly remember the details of the boat. Where are the pics you promised? Down thread maybe? I'll keep looking. Chuck...........ignore him. You do not have to prove anything here. It is Skippy who lacks the credibility and trust. If everyone ignores him...........he goes away. ;-) |
