It requires a lot of effort to smoke a salmon, but half the battle is getting one of the darn things lit. jeese louise - this is getting to be a habit. well, i'm not a fan of smoked salmon - or salmon for that matter, but id be willing to put up something from the east coast against something from whatever it is in seattle you have. can you eat shellfish? I can't eat red shellfish, but clams, oysters, scallops, mussels, etc. are fine. |
