I am surprised that a tugboat and barge consider gale force winds off of
Cape Fear to be "normal".


Just a routine work day for them.

Barge's have never really looked that stable to me, a flat bottom boat in
heavy seas seems a recipe for disaster.


I'll give you $1000 for every one that flounders if you give me $100 for
every one that doesn't. :-)
