Cook a prime rib to medium? Say it ain't so!

Well, my daughter and the wife are the deciding factors. Damn women. But, what are
you going to do?

They would hate me - I don't like medium or rare meats - I like my
food cooked and hot - not shoe leather, but cooked through and hot in
the middle.

It's hard to get that across to some people, but of all the
restaurants I've been to, the only one to get it right the first time,
every time is Outback.

Perfect every time.

Well-done and prime rib don't belong in the same sentence.
