I'd venture an unhesitating guess that in a standardized worldwide grading system, the poorest person in the US would fall somewhere above the fiftieth percentile. |

Actually, it's closer to two million And most are not included in statistics on illiteracy & poverty since they are mostly undocumented. DSK |
