If so, where, and what do you expect to catch, aside from pneumonia?

No. One of my goals in moving to Florida was to never again be
outside in freezing weather. So far, so good.

Hey! A bit of cold weather toughens you up for the nuclear winter to come!

Global Cooling?

Dan

Hehe! Harry, I knew that the right wingers here would have trouble with
that statement. They just can't seem to figure out, despite all of the
written material out there, just how global warming works, and how it
can possibly make winters colder........

*Why* the military wants college graduates is a question I cannot answer.

Thucydides answered it some 2400 years ago when he wrote...

"That state which separates its scholars from its warriors will have its
thinking done by cowards, and its fighting by fools."

I would have thought that a bright, educated guy like you would have known
that.

That works most of the time, and then bammm, down you go, most times
before you know what hit you. I grew up in the upstate NY snow belt,
averaging 200+ inches per winter. Never again if I can help it.

North of Syracuse?

"Hehe!", Kevin. If you participated outside of the time you are being
paid to work you might get it as a joke. In your own, special way you
have to twist it into a political statement.

Ahh, I didn't see that post. Thanks.

Nice try, Harry. More BS

Yes, I agree. If it is Bush, Cheney, and Rumsfeld are the "warriors" doing
the "thinking," then the thinking is being done by cowards, and the dying
is being done by the used.

Big talk, for one such as you.
