I've come around to the point of view that Harry is incorrigible and
will never change. On the other hand, if everyone else ignored his OT
and refused to spar with him, the fun would be out of his game and the
news group might, with a little peer pressure, resume a state of
normalacy.

Lead by example.

The Gang of Seven constantly complains about Harry...but who's forever
poking & provoking him?
The very same group.
If Harry left here they wouldn't know what to do...since half of them

Jim, are you going to explain why when YOU preach to others, it's okay,
but if Don makes ONE comment, you're all over him?
Are you going to explain why when you demean and denigrate others, it's
okay, but when someone not in your circle jerk club do it, it's bad?
Are you going to explain why when someone uses profanity, you chastise
them, but when someone in your right wing circle jerk does it, it's
okay?
