Will I even be able to get insurance tomorrow? I started the application
with BoatUS today, and they said to call tomorrow to activate it once the
deal is finalized. But that was before NOAA issued their latest report.

Ironically, the bank gave me the check today without getting verification of
insurance. I think they forgot. I could close on the deal tomorrow, but do
I really want to if insurance won't cover the boat until after the storm
passes?

Being a betting man, I wouldn't take possession until you know the
weather has passed and/or your policy is bound.

I've been a betting man my whole life. I'll use my best judgement in the
morning. If BoatUS covers the boat, I'm picking it up.
