Nope.

Why would you descend to her level, however?

You made a bigger deal than was maybe required about the obvious SPAM,
and she reacted badly. (I don't find her commercial for a boating
related product any more or less ridiculous than the anti-semitic
Psuedo JC ((as in Julia Child, the recipe gal)) who has been posting
recipes all day or Harry's non-stop citation of the latest bad poll
numbers for GWB).

Oh, Chucky, you still seem ticked that someone exposed some needed
truths about your business ethics and honesty. Do you think those
revelations had any connection to your descriptions of fellow NG
contributors or your reluctance to issue long overdue apologies? No, a
guess that wasn't it.

Why would I be upset?

Very few people in the NG have ever met me, and maybe 18-24 months
after you did you posted the following opinion (from April,
2002)........

Even though I was no longer working as a broker when you posted this, I
thought the comment that one would have to "look long and hard to find
a more honest and knowledgeable broker" was reasonably complimentary.
No reason to be upset. You won't find anybody who has personally dealt
with me to refute that sentiment, except for maybe some lame nerd
someplace who now claims his own statement was a lie.....not because it
wasn't true, but because it doesn't fit his new agenda. If he is so
fast and loose with the truth that his version of truth changes with
the pages on the calendar, nobody will pay him any attention. Besides,
he now claims he was somehow treated dishonestly in a boat deal- when
ne *never bought a boat*! That's pretty tough to do. :-)

What's on the agenda for today? More of Mrs. Psuedo's holiday recipes?
A few more pages copied from Steinbeck to establish your "boating"
credentials? I can hardly wait....

Hard to understand how someone's assessment could change so drastically.
He seems fixated on some alleged event where you supposedly laughed at
him behind his back. That seems to have turned him 180 degrees.
My question would be...how can he be sure that event really
happened....I'm guessing Skippy wasn't there at the time?

I freely admit that I have laughed at Skipper "behind his back." The
man is a buffoon.
I also insist that I have never said anything in private any different
or worse than I have posted in the NG. I'm sure that's true for Psuedo
as well- he couldn't possibly say anything in private any worse than he
posts to the NG. :-)
