I don't live in Snellville, but, do you think that Naples is the only
place in the U.S. that has concerts? Ever hear of the Atlanta
Philharmonic? They are much more well known than Naples. Boating? Yep,
lots of that here. Fishing? Some of the best bass fisheries in the U.S.
are from 45 minutes to a couple of hours from my house. Oh, and the sun
shines here, too, and sets.

LMAO! Hooked again!

But how can that be? Afterall, "they're so much better known than Naples."

Harry,
If you think an ALL-Volunteer Symphony Orchestra is world class, you need to
get out more often.

Smithers, as usual, is full of crap:

"ATLANTA PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRA
Welcome to the Atlanta Philharmonic Orchestra's Website! The Atlanta
Philharmonic Orchestra (APO) is an all-volunteer symphony orchestra
organized to serve the musical needs of both its audience and its members.
Membership is open, inclusive and is permitted according to policy of
complete non-discriminiation. The APO is one of the world's few
GLBT-identified symphonies.

NEWS FLASH! The Atlanta Philharmonic Orchestra will be having its
Inaugural Concert on Saturday, November 19th at 7:30 pm. Visit our News
and Events section to learn more!"

Not only do we have the Atlanta Philharmonic, but also the Atlanta
Symphony, the Gwinnett Philharmonic, and the Georgia Philharmonic. You,
on the other hand, have swamp buggies.

Kevin,
When you go out to hear a symphony do you prefer the All Volunteer Atlanta
Philharmonic or the Central Gwinnett High School Band.

The Atlanta Philharmonic is very easy to find, and the venue has superb
acoustics, they play at the Korean Community Presbyterian Church, in Duluth
Georgia (way out in the suburbs), not even close to Atlanta. Here is a map
to their venue. http://www.newatlantaphil.com/direction_kcpc.jpg

This is much closer to Snellville than the ASO, and the tickets are much
cheaper, but someone I prefer the ASO.

Grin, Kevin, this reminds me of you and the Schnapps story. The Atlanta
Phil. is an all volunteer church group way out in the suburbs. They are not
world class, if you think this little church group is good, you really
should make it down to the ASO.

Harry,
Duluth, GA is not Atlanta and the church orchestra is probably a really nice
local group, but it is not a top notch orchestra. The best talent in
Georgia play for the ASO and actually get paid for their work. The fact
that I didn't know about the church group is of little consequence.

Obviously, if you are a shallow researcher like Smithers, your cite
doesn't count and neither does mine in order for his life that
"There is no such thing as the Atlanta Philharmonic" to be true.

But it is only Smithers, and no one really gives a crap what he thinks or
posits, other than the right-wing scum he high-fives with, eh?
