An inyeresting thing about that kind of customer service is that people
tell others about it. I got such a great response from a Garmin rep
about a problem that I will almost stop people I don't know and tell
them about it. On the other hand, I have heard stories about Menard's
Lumber that are so awful that they deserve being repeated for the same
reason.
