This is a Canadian car in fact - built in Canada. Because of sitting over the past couple of years, the brakes needed repair, so I started on the project around 9 this morning. I would just like to point out to my Canadian friends, that it's leftie loosey, righty tighty. Not leftie tighty, righty loosie. ~~ mutter ~~ How many cylinders of that Corvette engine did you shave off to fit it in the Escort? As it happens, I have a full race 350 sitting in the garage only waiting assembly. :) Lug nuts with left hand threads? I forget which car companies used to do that. One side of the car had left hand threads on the lug nuts. I about injured myself the first time I ran into that. -- Del Cecchi "This post is my own and doesn’t necessarily represent IBM’s positions, strategies or opinions.” |
