Nice looking setup Gene. Have you gotten past the break-in? What's

the
top
end? Cruising speed? RPM at cruising speed? And, most important,

FUEL
ECONOMY!

I'd expect you to see about 40mph with the weight and wind drag of that

hard
top, no? Fuel economy should be about 2.5 mpg? Let me know.

Should be better than 2.5 mpg..no???

Hell I get almost 2 mpg with a couple '84 yamys @3600 rpms.

db

Probably....no.

Hull 4100#, Engines and Rigging 900#, Fuel 1200#, Water, Ice,
Baitwells, Miscellaneous junk, Rods, reels, Hardtop, Radios, and two
people 1500#.....

and I'm scaring hell out of 7500#

Don't improve fuel mileage or top speed..... put all that crap
forward and it sure will smooth out the ride!!

Yea,

You're tub is a bit heavier than mine.
Besides, I usually skip breakfast whenever I go
out.

Who cares about top speed? I only go WOT at the end of the
trip to blow some carbon before pulling her out of the water.
