I've got a 4.3 GM V6 in my boat. I pulled out the spark plugs and water
came out of one cylinder plug hole. This is the first thing I've gone to it
this year. Is my motor junk?

Not necessarily, it may just be a head gasket. Did you check the
compression?

exhaust manifolds, headgasket, exhaust flappers, etc.

Well, if the engine is 4 or more years old, it's probably a manifold or
riser issue. As far as finding water in the cylinder, I'd tear it down. What
I would do to it at that point would be determined by how much money was in
my pocket.
