The State of FL has spent millions changing aspects of the voting system and
procedures, all at the behest of supposed disenfranchised whiners, and
recent local elections and tests indicate that serious difficulties remain.
They need to change the one factor that mattered in 2000, and the only
factor that will ameliorate the problem going forward - stupid voters.
