The federal gov't used to pay close to 50% of health care
costs...now

more like 15%. This is one way they balanced their books and now

billions in surplus ..some of which goes toward paying down the

I'm starting to suspect you might be right on this. Besides the "health"
issues, it appears that there are going to be indictments in the Plame
affair. *Rumors* have it that those indicted will be from Cheney's
office, perhaps, just perhaps, Cheney himself.
