'97 Volvo 3.0 motor
Looking at a 1997 Glastron SE175 (2000 lbs) with a 3.0 (4 cylinder) Volvo
SX Cobra sterndrive. Does this model have the power to lift a heavy skier with several passengers on board? Other comments? |

My 2200 lb 19' Bayliner (14 X 21 SS prop, StingRay hydrofoil) with a 2.1
Volvo 4 cyl. (120 hp) has enough power to do what you're asking about- I can only assume that a 3.0 Liter engine in a 2000 lb boat would be able to do it as well.
