Incidently, there is a lot of information about boats here, and quite

You have it all wrong, Harry. The law reads that it is illegal to
possess dope, no matter what color your house is. Smoking it is not
specifically addressed. However, *blowing* smoke is allowed if you
live in the White House. In fact, it is mandatory. Paradoxically,
setting fire to the dope in the White House is strictly illegal. Go
figure. Damned revenuers...

What does this have to do with scaring the cat? Is your reader messed
