Note: The dude at West Marine said that the DOT of Florida has not approved
of LED lights on boat trailers. I can't say that I've seen them around, as
anyone else, living in FLA?

I find that really hard to believe as most of the semis these days are running
LED's.

Yes.

Does THAT make them FDOT approved?

If they are not then the police will sure be busy stopping them!
They will have to stop a BUNCH of them. Many new cars have LED tail lights
from the factory. They are simply superior to filament bulbs.
