The term "Oriental" rates a big, fat ZERO on the "disparagement scale" of the "Offensiveness Quotient". Look at the definition of "oriental" in ANY on-line dictionary (we know you don't own a printed one). The definition meaning "Asian person" is ALWAYS indicated as offensive. Always. And "Grecian" is always indicated as an adjective *OR* a *NOUN*. No, it isn't. |
