Default Hurricane Juan recovery

Finally...our favorite park reopens after getting hammered by Juan Sept '03.
There's also word our popular 'Halifax Public Gardens' will open first of
July. It's been a rough time.

Looks like we'll be shouting 'Juan gone' with meaning .
The name juan has been retired by the National Hurricane Center because of
the death & destruction in Nova Scotia last August
