No one pays any attention to you, because you're almost always WRONG.
Hey, remember that 35hp Wankel snowmobile you claimed would go
75mph??!!!

They made my snowmobile. And how fast did your Desmo go?

I don't know about your 35 hp Wankel snowmobile and the 75 MPH, but, I do
know about my neighbor's Skiroule with a twin Sachs Wankel engine that would
go faster than that!

Back in the late 60's or very early 70's, I owned a very fast Skidoo. I
thought it was the fastest snowmobile around until my neighbor's new
Skiroule, with it's ice pick studded track came out onto the frozen lake and
made my machine look like it was standing still when I was traveling at over
65 MPH. I am not sure of the HP of the Skiroule, but, if I remember
correctly it was around the 35 or 40 HP. That Skiroule was FAST!!!!

I will vote against this vitally important nomination.

Win or lose on this vote, it is essential that we act on our deepest
convictions. And I refuse to vote for a Supreme Court nominee who came
before the Senate intent on demonstrating his ability to deftly deflect
legitimate questions about his views, opinions and philosophy.

Harry Krause? Kevin of Georgia?

They made an Evinrude snowmobile powered by a 35hp Wankel that went
75mph? Have ANY evidence of that? Answer: NO, it was an out and out lie.

But the Evinrudes were huge, heavy beasts, powered by a single rotor
Wankel, and wouldn't get anywhere NEAR 75mph. I'd wager they'd never
see 50. Hell, they even had reverse, because you couldn't pick the back
end up to turn it around!!!

My fastest snowmobile was a Boa-Ski, with a twin Hirth 440. One a lot
of races at the local track with that one, and it BARELY hit 75!

Almost as ridiculous as one who would brag about owning a non-existent
motorcycle, yes?

Oh, yeah, if you notice, he didn't use that tripe when he didn't have a
boat. One can only wonder if he really does now. Seems like he was
awfully
interested in letting everyone know that he was looking at one, posting
pictures, asking questions, etc. Usually those are the ones who really
don't
have one!

Yep, someone actually inferred that those asking questions here about
their
boat and posting pictures here of their boat usually means they do not
own
one.

I wonder who said that?

Hmmm.

I'm not Kevin, dimwit.

Then why did you reply to my post to Kevin?

Because you are replying to ME, you dumb ****!!! Do you not see that?
It would be exactly the same if I read one of your idiotic posts, hit
the reply button, then said, hey, Harry, quit posting off topic. My
god, you are stupid.

Bassy, why are you continuing to reply to posts I direct to Kevin? Seeing
that you reply to these posts and your email addy is ,
one would think you are indeed Kevin Noble.

And what is it you constantly accuse others of?

Oh yes, foul language and childish insults.

My, my.

Harry:

At various times the US has had a mechanism for removing incompetent
presidents. Their names were John Wilkes Booth and Lee Harvey Oswald
(I forget the third name).

You're way out of line here. Assassination is never an acceptable course
of action for removing a government official in this country.

I agree with you Harry, but, why is it that a lot of Americans think it is
OK for hired assassins to kill the government officials of other countries
and the CIA funds those efforts?

Jim

Harry,
You mean something similar to California. That way the president can govern
by polls and he doesn't have to do what he believes is in the best interest
of the country. All he has to do is follow the most recent poll.

Kerry would have done very well with that system.

Gaetano Bresci assassinated McKinley.

You're way out of line here. Assassination is never an acceptable course
of action for removing a government official in this country.

I also dispute your claim that the presidents Booth and Oswald
assassinated were incompetent.

What we need is a petition mechanism registered voters can use to "recall"
an incompetent president like Bush, and force a new election.

Debate Issue:
Resolved, that the voters of the United States need a mechanism
to remove an incompetent President from office.

An alternative: write a letter to George W. Bush at the White House
and ask him to resign immediately for the good of the country and its
people.

................snip............

We really need a legal mechanism that will allow the removal of an
incompetent like Bush. Waiting four years isn't good enough.

What you need then, is a Parliamentary Democracy like what we have in
Canada. If our country's leader screws up, he is removed by a vote of "non
confidence" It has been done in the past and most likely will be done in
the future. It keeps the country's leader on his/her toes.
