fancy new sportfisherman?

In a conversation with the guy who heads up Sail America today, we
think we may have spontaneously arrived at the answer. We were
discussing the unintended effects that certain images might have, and
we decided that maybe those photos finally disappeared not so much
because the builders and marketers became more PC- but because too many
60-year old women married to pot-bellied wanna-be boaters took one look
at such photos and said, "No way in hell are you gonna buy a boat!" :-)
