You cannot find anywhere in New England or other places, good, solid,
stick to your ribs red beans and rice in the true Louisiana style.

While I have good and bad memories of New Orleans, red beans and rice
with real sausage is something that I truly miss.

They have some spice down there that gives a certain flavor I've not been able
to duplicate. They won't tell. None of the recipes I've tried taste like the
real thing.
