Rob Make sure the red lever is turned fulley clockwise so the lever is in line with the length of the primer solenoid. If it is turned, it would be like running with the choke on and the motor would run rough and smoke a lot. Bill Grannis service manager |

Just went out to check on that red handle. It was turned fully counter
clockwise! I just turned it fully clockwise and will wait on the new pump kit to come. It should be running like a champ when I put it back together. BTW, thanks to all that have replied -Terry Make sure the red lever is turned fulley clockwise so the lever is in line with the length of the primer solenoid.
