It seems like a good idea to see the folks I'm towing while I'm watching traffic in front, but I don't see any boats with rearview mirrors. What's the scoop on this? Thanks Bryan Sea Ray 185 If you are water-skiing or towing someone, you must have either a spotter OR a rearview mirror. Check your local regulations. Common sence says that you are better off with a spotter, but if it is a weekday, no one on the lake, just two of you and you want to water-ski - you just may wish you had a rearview mirror. "William Andersen" wrote in message news:1mrPe.988$mH.216@fed1read07... California requires a spotter - no exceptions. I use a mirror but the mount interferes with the convertible top, so we have to take it off to put up the top and get some shade. I have wing mirrors on each side, just like my cars. they're pretty nice, too. Ah, the first real vote for a mirror. I have a bimini so it won't interfere with mounting a mirror. |
