The only way either of those "investigations" (most would call them witchhunts) will go forward is if the Dems in some miraculous way wrestle the House and Senate from the Republicans in '06. Since that is not likely to happen, any investigations by Congress will no doubt focus around whatever the Republicans want them to focus around. It seems that Republican Congressman Curt Weldon is helping to ensure that the investigation will be about Able Danger, the "walls" created by Jamie Gorelick, and any other evidence that was suppressed by the 9/11 Omission. |
