I'm about to get a boat off of a friend of mine who has misplaced the paperwork for it. This boat is a sunray ski boat with an 80hp motor on it. He has the paperwork for the trailer, but can't find it for the boat itself. What are the steps (in Canada) to rectify this problem? I don't think the ministry of transportation has anything to do with it, right? I think you're looking for the "13K" number (it's 13K here in Vancouver - yours is probably different). It's the license number, and I believe Customs handles it. Here's a website that has all the info, including application forms: http://www.ccg-gcc.gc.ca/obs-bsn/pcl_e.htm |
