Hi,
The prop on my old 2hp Suzuki hit a rock recently. Thinking I'd done the shear pin had a look to find that the previous owner had replaced the shear pin with a nut and bolt. The prop spins freely and does not engage with drive shaft. Can I presume this is a write off? Thanks |

I'd at least disassemble until I found the problem. Then decide.

What year is it? They stopped using shear pins many years ago.

Couldn't hurt to take it apart and give it a look. b. |

Don thanks for the offer, I'm in OZ so a bit far from your neck of the woods. |
