Thanks guys. Fule pressure checked with guage is fine. Carb recently
rebuilt. Vacuum is normal at start up but does drop significantly at
4000 rpm. Any other ideas. All fuel lines have been checked and fuel
pressure is right on. Strange stuff. Thanks for your help.
The carb was recently rebuilt? That waves a red flag to me.
Providing the timing is correct (that's about the easiest thing
to check) I would think about having another look inside that
carb. I may just be that something got messed up a little on
reassembly.
