Hi, My brother in law has a pontoon boat with a 1996 Evinrude E60 60hp motor. He doesn't know whether it is a 2 cycle or 4 cycle motor, and I told him I'd try to find out before he mixes oil into his gas. It is a two stroke. It might be variable ratio oiling (or VRO) - you can tell if it has VRO on the cowl or has an onboard oil tank. If not, then it's a mix your own at 50:1. |
