The first step is to admit your weakness and insecurities. You have a
problem that can be controlled. You may never be able to "cure" your
insecurities, but with work, you can control your insecurities.

You should start by accepting yourself as you are.
Just walk up to the podium and say:

A moment in time? You did it for weeks. And, again, you are no one to
whine about someone else's vulgarity in this newsgroup. In fact, as you
are the number one facilitator of bad behavior here, you shouldn't whine
about anyone else's on-line doings.
