Default DC powerd Small Computer

Hi all,
Just found this

I know alot of people have been looking for these. This one is only
$450.00. And DC powerd.

I have owned one of these for about 2 years and its not a bad little
computer. It comes with a brick type power pack which converts 110 AC
to DC. I run mine from a small inverter rather than run the risk of
imposing unfiltered/unregulated boat power directly into the CPU.

You can get a really nice Dell laptop, which also runs on DC for $700.

That's true now, but not 2 years ago. I paid something like $300 for
mine and have gotten a lot of good usage out of it. It is serving as
the internet gateway and firewall for my home/office network as we
speak. It takes up almost no space compared to the footprint of a
laptop.
