It comes with a brick type power pack which converts 110 AC to DC. I run mine from a small inverter rather than run the risk of imposing unfiltered/unregulated boat power directly into the CPU. You can get a really nice Dell laptop, which also runs on DC for $700. |

I paid something like $300 for mine and have gotten a lot of good usage out of it. It is serving as the internet gateway and firewall for my home/office network as we speak. It takes up almost no space compared to the footprint of a laptop. |
