They didn't mention what pound test they had, what kind of pole and
the bait used.

They could use some lessons from professional bass fisher's.

I read that they have catfish over 900lbs over there. In fact just the other
day they released a couple in the 900lb class.

I don't know about that, the article states that they *think* that this
one is the largest fresh water fish ever caught in the world.

They are wrong. Admitted that sturgeon do go to sea at times if the river
allows, but there are a lot bigger sturgeon in the rivers.
